I’m Erik. Swedish, living in Finland, four kids, and a 2008 Land Rover Defender that was a write-off before I put it back together. We call it The Beast.
I spent twenty years in banking. These days I’d rather sleep in the back of the Defender somewhere north of the Arctic Circle. Same amount of stress. Better view.
Roads I probably shouldn’t take, in a car that probably shouldn’t make it, sometimes with my son Ivar behind the camera and the rest of the kids shouting from the back. This is where it all ends up.
